Four schools have been newly designated as 2016 Colorado Schools to Watch: Grand Valley Middle School (Parachute, CO), Rocky Heights Middle School (Highlands Ranch, CO), Polaris Expeditionary School (Fort Collins, CO), Preston Middle School (Fort Collins, CO), and one school Redesignated: Corwin International Magnet School (Pueblo, CO).
The Colorado Association of Middle Level Education recognizes Grand Valley for challenging students to use their minds well, being sensitive to the unique developmental needs of early adolescence and providing every student with a high-quality learning experience. Grand Valley is one of 100+ schools that will be recognized nationwide at the National Schools to Watch Conference on June 23, 2016 in Washington, DC.
What are we doing for the Schools t watch?
We are planning on having a celebration at Preston to share this award! Hopefully we will be there in April or May!
