The deadline for the 2019 designation is November 16, 2018.
Use the official School to Watch Self-Rating Rubric to facilitate your school’s reflection prior to the application completion process. This self-study rubric contains the criteria of best practices required for being identified as a School to Watch. This rubric can promote staff reflection and support the continuous improvement process for any middle grades school.

If after analyzing your school in relation to these criteria, you believe you have the evidence in place to be designated as a School to Watch, we invite you to submit an application following the procedures described below.
If you are Re-designating as a School to Watch use the Colorado School to Watch Redesignation Procedures packet. Re-designation deadline to return the application is October 12, 2018.

Prior to the application deadline, all staff in your school must complete an Online School to Watch Self-Study Rubric. In order to activate the online rubric, you must provide the following information. You will receive notification within 1-2 days with the login and passwords you need to complete the rubric.
